General Business Terms and Conditions
Salzburg Ticket Shop & Hotel Service, Dr. Erich Berer, e.U. – hereafter known as the “licensee”, sets forth the following Business Terms and Conditions as his legal foundation for all the business transactions that involve Internet bookings via the website www.salzburg-ticketshop.at.
Conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract is concluded by sending the order. With concluding this purchase contract, the payment is due. Credit card or bank account will be charged directly.
Cancellation of Tickets and Liability
Tickets which have already been paid cannot be cancelled. Reference is explicitly made to the fact that the sale of tickets is a leisure service and therefore is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal according to Paragraph 18 Section 1 Number 10 FAAG (Austrian Act on Off-Premises and Distance Contracts) and Paragraph 3 Section 3 Number 4 KSchG (Consumer Protection Act). In the event that the seller acts only as an intermediary, the seller shall not be liable for the reimbursement of the entrance fees should the event be cancelled. In such cases, however, the seller will endeavour to obtain a reimbursement of the entrance fees from the organizer.
Changes of programme, cast or venue:
Changes of programme, cast, starting times or and venue changes are subject to change and do not entitle to refund the ticket(s).
Suspension of boat cruises
The operator reserves the right to suspend the boat cruise or not to perform the Amphibious Splash Tour or to perform it only on land in the event of high or low water or other adverse conditions such as storm, technical problems, etc. In the event of the Amphibious Splash Tour on water being unavailable, the trip on land will be extended. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a full refund or partial refund of the prepaid ticket price. If the boat cruise cannot take place, the full prepaid ticket price will be refunded. In the event of booking Tour III, the non-scheduled boat cruise will be replaced by a tour in a London double-decker bus. A price reduction or a cancellation shall not be possible in this case. All and any further claims are excluded.
Cancellation of hotel reservations
Hotel reservations can only be cancelled in writing. In the event that contrary to expectations the booked and confirmed hotel shall not have a room available, we will provide you with an alternative hotel in the same hotel category. No further claims can be asserted beyond that.
Up to 10 weeks before arrival: No cancellation fees.
Until one month before arrival: 60% of the agreed total booking price.
Until one week before arrival: 80% of the agreed total booking price.
Later cancellations or no shows will be charged at 100% of the agreed booking price. In case of early departure, the rest of the total booking price will be charged.
In the case of hotel bookings made by the customer via the integrated booking platform booking.com, the customer accepts the terms and conditions stated therein and shall indemnify and hold the operator harmless in this respect.
Prices and payment methods
The prices quoted in the offer shall apply, whereby it is stated that price changes are subject to change. Payments are due immediately upon ordering or after receipt of invoice without deduction. The additional costs or other expenses arising from a bank transfer shall be borne by the buyer and shall be reimbursed to the seller.
€ 0,50 per ticket
Tickets shall be sent at the risk of the purchaser/recipient unless legal provisions preclude this. A fee of € 8 (abroad) or € 6 (domestic) will be charged for postal expenses.
Ticket loss or late appearance:
There shall be no reimbursement for lost tickets or in case of late arrival.
Personal data as also credit card and debit card information are transmitted securely via SSL, are encrypted during transmission and are illegible for third parties. Furthermore, your data will only be used to process this booking. A transfer to third parties is excluded.
Additional agreements shall require the written form in order to be valid.
Place of Jurisdiction
The City of Salzburg, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
